Over 200 stakeholders – businesses, research centres, technopoles, selective HE institutions and universities – have joined the Brittany Maritime Cluster. From north to south along the Breton coastline, they are forming “win/win” partnerships in response to issues of sustainable development and amid increasing demands for safety and security. Their combined creativity in innovation guarantees rapid growth for our maritime economy and a healthy future for our businesses and jobs.
The Maritime Cluster’s board of directors and Engineering and Co-ordinating Team have, for their part, undertaken to support this collaborative dynamism. In their day-to-day work, they are committed to helping Maritime Cluster members understand each other’s skills and concepts in order to share expertise and create new products. They are equally committed to supporting members’ quests for funding.
In collaboration with the Provence/Alpes Maritimes/Côte d’Azur Maritime Cluster, the Brittany Maritime Cluster is developing commercial initiatives and contacts at an international level. The amount of energy devoted to tackling the issue of positioning French maritime sector excellence on international markets is more than enough to ensure our success.
