Governance : how the Brittany Maritime Cluster is managed

The 270 members of the Brittany Maritime Cluster Association, created in December 2005, are divided into five constituent groups whose members elect representatives to the board of directors.

The board of directors of the Brittany Maritime Cluster Association, chaired by Hervé Moulinier, consists of 18 members.

Interregional management and co-ordination committee

The Brittany and PACA Maritime Clusters have set up a joint executive body – the committee for interregional management and co-ordination – comprising 4 members of the Brittany Maritime Cluster Bureau and 4 members of the PACA Maritime Cluster Executive Committee.   The main aim of the CPCI is to guarantee consistency, avoid unnecessary duplication, ensure complementarity of projects
